of your personal safety. WingTsun (Wing Chun) will teach you
easy to understand techniques of awareness & avoidance.

Our WT fitness sessions are Ideal For You, whether you are
a woman or man, any age or physical condition, you don't need
to be young or fit to enjoy a little body tune up. Your experienced
instructor will work with you personally at the level you
are comfortable with. You will be able to monitor your progress
over time and be amazed at how quickly your personal fitness
levels can be increased.

Modern
life is full of opportunities and challenges, yet to make the
most of it you requires large amounts of confidence. When confidence
fails you life can feel like a survival course with impossibly
high hurdles, yet when it drives you the world seems a treasure
chest of potential achievement. One area that makes a large
difference to how you are percieved and how confident you feel
is our presentation skills. Once you can control the perception
people have of you, it is much easier to be confident about
your abilities. |

WT at its root is a scientific form of self defence. It educates
its practitioners in all stages of attack from the psychological
build up to the physical defence. Used by elite police units
all over the world including the FBI, SEK, RAID and NOKS, in
addition to being the foremost school in civilian self defence,
WT is considered the ultimate stage in the evolution in self
defence.
The most important aspect of any system of self defence even
before its effectiveness is that when it is being learned it
is both safe for the practitioners and enjoyable. Since being
attacked is usually a once in a lifetime experience, there seems
little point in practicing a system which over a lifetime of
practice will have exposed you to more danger and unpleasantness
than the original threat.
